The NCEDA website, and all of its contents, including but not limited to publications, photographs, images, illustrations, and other resources (collectively "Intellectual Property")
are protected by copyright, service mark, and other laws of the United States. Users may not alter or remove any service mark, copyright, or other notice from copies of content obtained from this site.

Pages linked to from this site are not the property of NCEDA, but are copyrighted by their individual authors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States.

If a copyright owner has reason to believe that any content contained on NCEDA's website infringes its copyright, the owner should send a written, signed notice to NCEDA, Attn: Legal Counsel, 212 Environment Drive, Raleigh, NC, 27614. Trademark Policy

NCEDA's logo is an officially registered service mark and cannot be reproduced without express written consent. Logos appearing on this site belonging to owners other than NCEDA required express written consent from the actual trademark or service mark owner for such usage. The logos remain the property of their respective owner.

To obtain permission for the use of NCEDA's official logo a written, signed request must be mailed to NCEDA, Attn: Trademark Department, 212 Environment Drive, Raleigh, NC, 27614. The request must include the purpose, means, and duration of the intended use of NCEDA's logo.
