            There are also 56 short stories written by Doyle about Sherlock Holmes that were originally published by the Strand Magazine.  These stories have been collected into five volumes.  These volumes contain the stories "A Scandal in Bohemia", "The Adventures of the Speckled Band", "Silver Blaze", "The Final Problem", "The Adventure of the Empty House", The Illustrious Client", and "The Adventures of the Devils Foot".
