Brief Course Description
This course is divided into three sections, each corresponding to a major theoretical emphasis in test theory. These perspectives are: Classical test theory, generalizability theory, and item response theory. Each of these sections will be dealt with in turn, and discussion will focus on both their theoretical contributions to the field, as well as their implementation. The seminar requirements are a class presentation, a final paper, and active participation in the course.
