Little Rapids Cut Light

Thanks to John Kulba for supplying these photos from the historic Little Rapids Cut Light Station in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan. The square 2-story building seen under renovation is the keeper's quarters. The skeletal tower now carries the Bayfield Rock Range Rear Light. The station is at Mission Point on the St. Mary's River, where vessels bound downstream from the Soo Locks make a turn to the south (right, in the top picture) to continue towards Lake Huron.
