Six Mile Point Range Rear Light

Thanks to John Kulba for supplying this photo of a historic range light from Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and thanks to Jon Clay for identifying it. The photo shows a tall rear range light on display at Les Cheneaux Historical Maritime Museum in Cedarville.

Jon reports that this is the Six Mile Point Range Rear Light, relocated to Cedarville from the St. Mary's River just below Mission Point, a few miles southeast of Sault Sainte Marie. We do not know when this light was built or when it was moved to the museum, so additional information is needed; please let me know if you can add to our knowledge. This light is similar to the Lower Nicolet Range Rear Light on Neebish Island.
