Step 3: Submit Application
Your application must be electronically submitted through ApplicantWeb
to the Office of Human Resources before 5 p.m. EST/EDT on the
closing date* to be considered. Open positions will no longer
be available to view or apply for after 5 p.m. on the closing
date. If you included an email address in your online application,
you will receive confirmation that your application was received.
Successfully submitted applications will appear in “My
Job Applications” immediately for your review. This screen
also shows the current status of each position – open, closed,
canceled or filled.
*NOTE: In keeping with North Carolina G.S. 126-14.3(3), the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill uses a general recruitment closing
date of between 10 and 60 calendar days from the date first posted
for permanent job openings subject to the State Personnel Act.
The posting period, opening date and closing date, are included
on each job posting.
