Note: LAC students are eligible to earn one credit hour for their participation in LAC courses. To receive this hour students must register for the appropriate LAC language section ARAB 308, FREN 308, SPAN 308, or GERM 389 that corresponds to the main course.
Generally, LAC discussion sections are taken in lieu of the normal recitation sections in English. In courses where recitations are not required, LAC discussion sections are additional opportunities to discuss course themes in the target language of the section.
