We appreciate your interest in this year's Tar Heel Bus Tour, which is scheduled from Monday, May 12, to Friday, May 16, 2008. Please complete this application and send it through campus mail to Linda Douglas, Office of Community Relations, CB# 6225. You may also complete this form on-line and submit via e-mail by pressing "submit" at the end of the document. To be considered for the 2008 tour, all applications must be received by February 15, 2008. All applications will be forwarded to the Office of the Associate Provost for final approval and participant selection. Applicants who are chosen to participate will be notified by e-mail or campus mail by March 15, 2008.
