This session was an overview of development underway at UNC-Chapel Hill using the Java programming language. The panel discussed their experiences with Java during the past year and outlined their Java strategies for the future. Finan$eer, a web interface to the Financial Reporting System (FRS), and PubServe, a prototype for a Public Service Database application, were demonstrated.
