Cost Registration for UNC CAUSE 2005 includes all conference sessions, handout materials and breaks. No individual presentation or partial conference registration is allowed. For a $35 fee, spouses may register for the Nov. 9 evening dinner and entertainment by contacting Hilary Culbertson at (919) 843-4514. Conference registration does not include hotel accommodations. Policy Changes to existing registrations or cancellations must be made in writing and received on or before Oct. 25, 2005. No refunds will be issued after this date. There is a refund processing fee of $25, which is placed into the UNC CAUSE 2005 account to pay for conference expenses. Payment All UNC CAUSE 2005 attendees must provide full payment by either university check or personal check (with valid driver's license number included). An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your registration. Print the confirmation e-mail, which includes your registration information, and mail it with a check (made payable to "UNC-Chapel Hill") to: Hilary Culbertson Please note on the check "UNC CAUSE 2005 Conference."
