Mr. Schwab called for a motion to into closed session.
Ms. Mason read motion to go into closed session; motion seconded by Mr. Stallings. Motion passed.
Committee continued in closed session to discuss and evaluate qualifications of candidates remaining under consideration.
Mr. Schwab called for a motion to return to open session.
Ms. Mason presented the motion to return to open session; motion seconded by Professor Carney. Motion passed.
