There being no business to discuss in open session, Mr. Schwab called for a motion to go into closed session.
Ms. Mason read the motion to go into closed session; seconded by Mr. Carter. Motion passed.
Committee members continued to discuss and evaluate candidates remaining under consideration.
Mr. Schwab called for a motion to return to open session.
Mr. Patterson presented the motion to return to open session; motion seconded by Professor Sayre-McCord. Motion passed.
There being no further business to conduct in open session, Mr. Schwab called for a motion to adjourn.
Mr. Perry moved to adjourn; motion seconded by Professor Carney. Motion passed.
Meeting adjourned at 10:40 am.
