The meeting was called to order at 1:04 pm by Nelson Schwab, committee chair.

There being no business to discuss in open session, Mr. Schwab called for a motion to go into closed session.
Mr. Perry read the motion to go into closed session; motion seconded by Ms. Grumbles. The motion passed and the committee continued in closed session to discuss the search.
Mr. Schwab called for a motion to return to open session.
Mr. Perry presented the motion to return to open session; motion seconded by Professor Johnson. Motion passed.
There being no further business to discuss in open session, Mr. Schwab called for a motion to adjourn.
Professor Johnson presented the motion to adjourn; motion seconded by Ms. Grumbles. Motion passed.
Meeting adjourned at 1:17 pm.
