Carolina and Moeser launched the Carolina Covenant, which began a national movement to make a debt-free college education possible for qualified low-income students. Other progress includes: strengthening connections with North Carolina, conducting the most successful private fund-raising campaign in University history and undertaking an unprecedented physical transformation of main campus.
