About Musical Empowerment

Over the years, we noticed that many children within the Carolina Music Outreach program would not participate because of the lack of necessary resources due to financial barriers. As a result, we developed the idea for our musical instrument lending program--Musical Empowerment. With the help of the following grants, Musical Empowerment will implement its pilot run this summer.
