All meetings will be held in Council Chambers, Chapel Hill
Town Hall
The Development Plan Modification 3 was considered by all
the advisory boards, including two presentation to the Planning
Board. The Planning Board will consider the proposal again
on November 8. The Chapel Hill Town Council will hold a public
hearing on November 13 with discussion and possible action
on December 4.
In addition to the Town advisory boards, the University has
met with the community and campus neighbors:
October 23, 2006. Discussion of projects in the Perimeter
Transition Areas: addition to the Law School, improvements
to Boshamer Stadium and a new facility for the Grounds Department.

March 21, 2006. Review of projects in the concept plan for
the Development Plan Modification 3.
