Company Overview
Company Carolina is one of the most critically acclaimed student theater organizations at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; founded in 1994, we are currently in our 14th season. As for the performances themselves, Company Carolina has run the gamut of shows. From Shakespeare to Andrew Lloyd Webber, Company Carolina has produced a long line of sold out houses. Far more than a few of them have heard the praise of the media; our shows have received rave reviews in The Daily Tar Heel, CitysearchThe Chapel Hill News, as well as the The News and Observer. Company Carolina offers the theater patron a chance to see a quality show at an affordable price. Our ticket prices, never exceeding $10, allow us to attract and maintain a strong following not only on campus, but also the surrounding Triangle community. Company Carolina tries to give back to this community as well. In the past we have performed benefits for the Ronald McDonald House, InterFaith Community Shelter, the UNC Dance Marathon, and The American Red Cross. We have also been actively involved in the North Carolina Literary Festival. In addition to the performances, Company Carolina has sponsered lectures and discussions with knowledgable guests, the casts, and directors of our productions which cover the subject of our performances more in depth. Ticket Information
To cover the costs of a performance, we do charge admission to our shows, however we try to keep the ticket prices as low as possible. All proceeds are used to cover the costs of an individual production. Any profits are directly re-invested into the company. We use this capital to purchase new supplies such as tools, speakers, and cable, all of which benefits future performances. The only exception to this is our benefit shows where all profits go to the a reputable charity organization.
Ticket prices are as followed:

Regular Price:
Students: $5, Non-Students: $8

Gala Night (A reception follows the Gala Night's performance)
Students: $7, Non-Students: $10

To enquire about purchasing tickets please email company@unc.edu or click our current show link for more information.

FINDING US
Our shows are performed at various locations on UNC's campus, please check the current show information for accurate information on the current venue.

Coming from outside Chapel Hill?

From Raleigh: Take I-40 West to Highway 54 West (Exit 273a). This will turn into South St., which runs through the heart of UNC's campus.

From Durham: Take 15-501 South to Highway 54 West. This will turn into South St., which runs through the heart of UNC's campus.

From Greensboro and other Points West: Take I-40 East to 15-501 South (Exit 270) and follow the directions for Durham.

Due to an parking limitations on UNC's campus we offer this advice:
- Get there early. The house opens one half hour before the start of the show. Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager.

- Expect parking delays. The roads are narrow, and the speed limits are low on campus. Sometimes traffic can back up at unexpected times

- Be aware of the possibility of a little walk to the show. Parking is not always abundant around our performance venues and parking lots tend to fill up quickly. Alternative parking lots are available outside of Hanes Hall, Morehead Planetarium, along Highway 54 just before Country Club road, as well as a Town of Chapel Hill pay lot on the corner of Columbia St. and Rosemary St. Campus lots are generally free on weekends and on weekdays after 5p.m., but this is not always the case. There are parking meters throughout the campus and neighboring city streets.
