Company Carolina produces an 8-show season featuring a mix of musicals
and plays— we have something for everyone! With such a diverse season,
we are always looking for new actors, directors, stage managers,
designers, staffers, and other theatre-loving types! To get involved,

interest. No experience necessary!
Performance Opportunities
Our auditions are open to the public, and
the audition process varies by production. For some shows we require
actors to prepare a monologue, for some a cut of music, and for others
nothing more than a couple cold reads! Information about each specific
audition is available on the sign-up sheets found under the
‘Auditions’ tab on our website. Our sign-ups are all online in the
form of Google Docs— just type your full name in an open spot!
Directing Opportunities
Our Fall line-up is selected after an announced submission
deadline at the end of each Spring semester, and proposals for our
Spring line-up are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the current
Fall Semester. If you are interested in directing a show for Company,
please fill out and return the proposal form provided below. If you
are interested in directing but have no prior experience, email us to
ask about any assistantships that might be available on one of our
current shows. If you have a show idea you would like to discuss,
email the Artistic Director at cc.art.producer@gmail.com.
Backstage Opportunities
Calling all stage
managers, lighting designers, costume designers, electricians, sound
designers, set designers, carpenters, painters, make-up artists, board
operators, and running crew: there are TONS of ways to get involved
backstage! Anyone interested in working behind the scenes on any of
Company’s shows should contact the Artistic Director at
cc.art.producer@gmail.com.
Staff Opportunities
Want to be a part of the team that makes all these fabulous
productions possible? We have a plethora of annually elected staff
positions that your can look over here, and our current staff members
are always willing to take on apprentices!
We are currently working to expand our publicity team, which is a fun
and easy way to get your feet wet and get to know Company's staff as a

your interest!
If you are interested in ushering for a show, or selling tickets, contact the Administrative Director at cc.admn.producer@gmail.com. As compensation, we will give you a free ticket to the show of your choice!
