The Company Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

* Will oversee general welfare of the Company
* Assist the producers in any reasonable capacity
* Be available to assist producers in the event that any administrative staff member cannot continue their duties
* Serve as a tie breaker in case the Board of Governors has an even number of members, and a deadlock has been reached
