Course Description from Graduate School Catalog: This is an engineering design course. The objective of the course is to discuss engineering aspects of industrial gas cleaning. The emphasis in this course will be control of particulate pollutants although we will touch on gas removal processes as well. When you have finished the course, you should be able to design an effective control system or to evaluate a design that someone else gives you. The class meets Monday and Wednesday from 10 until 11:15 in room 416 of Rosenau Hall. This course is given in odd-numbered years. It is being given in now and will be given again in spring, 2007.
