Welcome to the Online Pharmaceuticals and Alcohol Sales Web Site. This site was created by two third year law students, Tracy Kimbrell and Heather Hammond, as a research project for Professor Laura N. Gasaway's Cyberpace Law Seminar at the University of North Carolina School of Law. Online pharmaceutical and alcohol sales offer two distinct yet equally compelling examples of the legal community's efforts to keep up with the rapidly changing world of cyberspace. In this site we review the unique benefits and risks posed by online pharmaceutical and alcohol sales.
