Few disagree that file sharing has been and continues to be a threat to copyright owners worldwide.  However, response actions to file sharing appear as numerous as the P2P networks which permit the infringements.  This section will offer several strategies to help stem the tide of illegal file sharing and provide an analysis of the strengths and drawbacks of each option.
