Lectures: Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30-4:45 PM, Rm 0003 MHRC
Labs: Periodically (approximately 1 lab every two weeks), Wed., 3:30PM, Rm 1204 MHRC

Required Text: None; but some are highly recommended or suggested.
Additional Class Materials: Handouts- outlines, articles, etc.

Many lectures will be posted on the class website as PowerPoint files.

Grading Opportunities:

Three exams: 2 hour-long exams to be scheduled during the lab period; Semi-comprehensive final (take-home or in-class [TBD]).
Laboratory reports: periodic lab exercises; use data compiled for the whole class; due 2 weeks after completion of lab exercise and compilation of class data.
Student Term Paper: 20%

% Total Grade: 1-hr exams = 20% each, final 20%, labs 20%, term paper: 20%
