This site was created by Scott Allen and John Newby for Professor Laura Gasaway's 2010 Cyberspace Law class at the UNC School of Law. There is no such thing as the Encryption Policy Center, or if there is, we are in no way affiliated with that organization. You should not use this site for anything, other than for grading purposes in the Cyberspace Law class. Doing otherwise could be harmful to yourself, your family, and your country, because it may cause unrealistic expectations from both encryption and the law.
