Weekly Listserv of Public Service and Engagement Information

Each Monday afternoon, the Carolina Center for Public Service publishes the Public Service News, a listserv message (and web page) that contains information relevant to the University's public service mission. Information is divided into three sections:

  • Resources for Engaged Scholarship
  • Programs, Events, Fellowships and Awards
  • Public Service Opportunities

    More than 5,000 students, staff, faculty and community members receive the Public Service News each week. CCPS manages the listserv and members are not allowed to post directly to the listserv.

    • How to Submit a Listserv Announcement

    If you would like to post an announcement related to public service and engagement, please do so by 5:00pm on the Thursday preceding Monday’s publication. Job announcements for paid positions (excluding internships) will not be published. Announcements are posted for two consecutive weeks unless otherwise specified. You may resubmit your announcement after that time.
