System Features
- InDEPTh facilitates the creation and processing of Documents including Purchase Requests, Travel Requests, Independent Contractor Form, Travel Expense, Payment Requests, Projections (Soft Encumbrances), Budget-No Feed to FRS and Journal Entries-No Feed to FRS.
- Document-processing features include both user-defined and University Business Rules, the ability to add notepad and memo attachments, an event history for tracking documents, a directory of business contacts and an online approval process.
- A Windows™ Explorer-like desktop allows intuitive creating and management of accounts, user-defined business rules and documents.
- The system provides a Single Point of Entry for a variety of accounting documents.
- Automated Reconciliation of activity between InDEPTh™ and FRS.
- Flexible Reporting: The user can view the data on screen, direct it to a printer, or export the data to a word processor or spreadsheet.

The InDEPTh application is delivered from the ITS Citrix/Terminal Server platform. We have found that HP LaserJet printer drivers historically have the best stability in that environment and recommend them for any new printer purchases.Note: HP LaserJet 1020, 1022 and HP Color LaserJet 2600n do not work. Also, multifunction printers can be problematic. If you have a question, we recommend that you call us prior to ordering printers.
