InDEPTh Web Report Training
InDEPTh Web Reporting provides Adhoc and Self-Serve reporting to authorized users. Utilizing WebFocus, with access from our website www.unc.edu/das, users can run reports from a table that is updatedly nightly. Run times are exceptionaly fast. Reports can be downloaded to Excel, PDF and HTML formats. Reporting via the web enables users to run reports from remote locations without having the InDEPTh client installed.
- Adhoc Reporting: provides users with the ability to run reports on all transactions (cost coded and non-cost coded), customize reports using multiple report formats and reporting capabilities. The Adhoc screen was tailored from the Finan$eer screen, with which most departments are familiar.
- Self-Serve Reporting: enables authorized users to run Financial and Transactions reports. Self-Serve reports are generated in 'Near Real Time', which means you can run the report as soon as the document is at the status of Approvals Pending.
