AIMS Problem Solving Workshops Fall 2009 Course Description AIMS (Activities Integrating Mathematics and Science) is a nationally-acclaimed program designed to enrich the education of students in kindergarten through grade nine using a hands-on approach integrating mathematics and science. All AIMS activities are designed around a Model of Learning that includes hands-on activities relating to the real world, recording and working with data, representing data in graph or pictorial form, and engaging in higher-order processes to make meaning of the activity.
