Acclaimed novelist and poet Robert Morgan and Pulitzer Prize-winning Civil War historian James McPherson headline Fall lectures. Also featured are Maruice Martinez on Mardi Gras Indians, John Inscoe on Southern autobiography, David Brown on yeomen and slaves in the antebellum South, Suzanne Marrs on Southern literature, and David Houston on Southern art.
