How to Apply
Prospective students cannot apply directly for the McColl Fellowship but may indicate their interest when applying for admission. Students must submit their application for admission to the UNC-CH graduate school by January 1. UNC departments, curricula, and schools can nominate a limited number of their most promising applicants to a university-wide competition by sending a letter to Harry Watson, Director of CSAS, CB#9127, 411 Hamilton Hall, UNC-CH, Chapel Hill, NC, 27599-9127. The deadline for nomination is February 15. CSAS then selects the applicant who will receive the fellowship offer in early March.
