CAP-MR/DD Medicaid Waiver Service
Focused on Developmental Disabilities

This training event provides a basic overview of the North Carolina Community Alternative Program for Persons with Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities (CAP-MR/DD) services and will highlight particular changes pursuant to approved updates, effective September 1, 2005. This training will include information about the implementation and provisions of this Medicaid Waiver service and competencies needed by providers of CAP-MR/DD services.

Target Audience:

This presentation is designed to meet the needs providers of CAP-MR/DD funded services, other professionals, and paraprofessionals involved with someone using these services (or anticipating possible use of these services).
