Personal Outcome and Individualized Support Measures

This training introduces the learner to Personal Outcome Measures as the basis for quality enhancement in human services. This event can be provided as a one-day overview. In-depth training can be provided in a three or four day format providing participants with a practical 'hands on' experience working with focus people to determine personal outcomes and supports.

Human Service professionals and paraprofessionals, families, and allies interested in personal outcome measures and supports.
