Areas of Research : My research interests fall broadly under two themes: 1) the development of working memory in typically developing toddlers and preschoolers; and 2) the examination of short and long term memory processes in young children that are not developing typically, specifically children at-risk for developmental disorders (such as autism) or diagnosed with developmental disorders.

Areas of Research: My primary research interests relate to developmental cognitive neuroscience, and specifically, the neurobiology and neuropsychology of autism. Working within a developmental framework, I plan to explore the neurological correlates of memory, attention, and social cognition in infants and toddlers at-risk for developing autism.
