Martin Miller, professor of history at Duke University, is interested in political terrorism. He is a Russian historian who has written on the late Russian empire, political radicalism, and the history of psychiatry in the Soviet Union. For years he has taught a lecture course on terrorism, comparing political terrorism in countries around the world. He is in the early stages of a major book project on this topic.
