Treavor Boyer awarded Abel Wolman Doctoral Fellowship

The American Water Works Association has awarded the 2006 Abel Wolman Doctoral Fellowship to Treavor Boyer, a doctoral student in the Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering at UNC-CH. His advisor is Dr. Philip Singer.

The fellowship was formally presented at the Water Industry Luncheon on Tuesday, June 13, 2006, during AWWA's Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas.

The Abel Wolman Fellowship is designed to support promising students in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico pursuing advanced training and research in the field of water supply and treatment.
