Donna Gilleskie is an associate professor in the Economics Department at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her research focuses on the health, health insurance decisions, and medical care utilization of individuals and how these behaviors impact employment decisions and subsequent health. She was awarded the international Health Economics Association's Kenneth Arrow Award for the best published paper on health economics in 1998 (Econometrica, 1998).
