Comparative Economic Systems
Steven Rosefielde is a Professor of Economics at the University of North
Carolina (with a Ph.D. from Harvard), and a member of the Russian Academy of
Natural Sciences. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of National Security
Affairs of Southwest Missouri State University, and has been actively involved
in economic systems and global security research for decades with the American,
Russian, Swedish and Japanese governments. He is currently completing four
books: 1. Comparative Economic Systems (text) , 2. Global Destabilization:
Restratification of Wealth and Power (treatise on systems and future
international security), 3. The Golden Age of Soviet Despotism (Gulag/Excess
Deaths/ Future Russian Authoritarianism), 4. Forgotten Superpower (Russia's
Military-Economic Revitalization). Undergraduate and graduate courses deal with
these and other related themes including the economic systems of Continental
Europe, America, Japan, Russia, China, and Korea.
