Tangie Gray Fleming

Graduate Assistant
Tangie is a graduate assistant at EvAP. Currently, she is assisting with the Robotics: Opportunities for Buiding Outstanding Talent in the Sciences (R.O.B.O.T.S.) evaluation.
In addition to serving as a graduate assistant at EvAP, Tangie is currently working on her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, Measurement, and Evaluation at UNC-Chapel Hill. Her research interests include Qualitative Research Methods, Program Evaluation, and the Education of African-American Students. Prior to doctoral study, Tangie was the coordinator of an NSF-funded grant project that encouraged minority students to pursue graduate education. She has also served as a consultant and manager of several regional and national conferences, and does freelance desktop publishing.
Tangie hopes to complete her doctorate by December 2009.
