First 5 Child Care Initiative Evaluation: 2003 First 5 Staff Process Survey

The purpose of this survey is to get your feedback about how First 5's Child Care Initiative is working. All survey responses will be summarized across individuals to ensure confidentiality when reporting results. We hope the survey findings will be used to help First 5 better meet staff and grantee needs. We intend to follow up this survey with focus groups with the First 5 staff so we can better capture your point of view.
