The Advanced Institute will focus on data analysis and report writing in the context of previously formulated evaluation plans. This Institute is intended primarily for participants with prior experience in evaluation. We will bring examples from our evaluation practices, and participants are expected to bring their evaluation plans and data with them. Time we be allocated so that you will have time to work on analyzing and reporting the data that you bring. It is also recommended that you bring a laptop computer with you so that you may work on your data. Advanced statistical and qualitative data analysis programs will be demonstrated by the EvAP staff.

The 5-day Comprehensive Introduction will cover the same topics of the 3-day workshop in more detail. Participants for this Institute are asked to arrive at training with a program they need to evaluate in mind.

3-day Beginners’ Overview will spend a day exploring evaluation theory and vocabulary; and the two remaining days covering the elements of evaluation design, instrument development, data analysis and evaluation reports.
