Upward Bound Parent Leadership Council

The Upward Bound Leadership Council consists of elected leaders and representatives from the four target area Upward Bound Parent Associations. The purpose of the Leadership Council is to provide services to Upward Bound students and parents, assist with the promotion of Upward Bound, and provide advocacy for participants. The Leadership Council can also serve, in an advisory capacity, as a trouble shooting arm for Upward Bound.
