Summer Academy

During the Summer Academy, residential students live on the campus in a residence hall. Both residential and non-residential students are involved in an intense academic program of study with emphasis on English, mathematics, science, foreign languages (Spanish), study skills, reading and writing. The students are tested to determine strengths and areas of needed improvement. Class sizes are small. Individual, career and group counseling are an important element of the program.

Cultural enrichment trips, student leadership, service learning, career internship and recreational activities are also a part of the program.
