The inaugural event for the UNC-CH and Duke University European Union Center was held on December 7th via a joint ISDN video-conference with the European Union Center of the University of Washington-Seattle.  The two Centers were linked for a roundtable discussion on "The Euro and EU Expansion."  Speakers at the roundtable included the Centers' directors, Gary Marks (UNC-CH), David Bell (Duke), John Keeler (UW-Seattle), and two guest speakers Peter Lange (Duke), and Christine Ingebritsen (UW-Seattle).  Other participants included graduate students in the Transatlantic Masters Program at UNC-CH and students at UW- Seattle in Professor Ingebritsen's class on Political Economy.  Following are streaming video clips from the video-conference.
Please take a few minutes to download and install the free RealPlayer G2.
