Doctoral students whose research is related to political parties, public opinion, political economy, or multilevel governance, and whose research has an EU component, are encouraged to apply for up to 15 fellowships to present their dissertation proposal or research at a PhD workshop in Germany, May 9-11.

To apply, send the following by February 1, 2008. Please send applications only from a university email account.
1. A single-authored research paper, or an outline of your dissertation project (2,000 to 8,000 words).
2. A letter of recommendation emailed directly by your dissertation advisor.

Please send application materials by email attachment to rmpitts@email.unc.edu under the subject heading: "your_name HWK Transatlantic Graduate Workshop"
