Dr. Kevin Guskiewicz has been awarded a Kenan-Flagler-Bingham Distinguished Professorship, effective July 1, 2009. A distinguished professorship is one of the most prestigious honors that the University of North Carolina can bestow upon a faculty member. Kevin has shown through his exemplary scholarship, research, leadership and collegiality that he is well deserving of this honor.  This is an award no EXSS faculty has ever achieved previously.
