(Fall 2006)
A photo exhibition in UNC showcasing photographic images taken by geography students (both grad and undergrad) is being organized by Joseph Palis, Linda Quiquivix and Tim Baird. Said photo exhibit will highlight the various conceptions of places and landscapes worldwide. Details will be posted soon in a separate website link.

(Spring 2007)
Watch out for the second National Cinema Film Series. The line-up of films will broadly address the cultural, political and imaginative spaces and places as they are encountered, apprehended and decoded of textual and contextual meanings.
