Fall 2008 Honors Priority Registration Information
To: Students in the Honors Program
Please remember that you will register for Fall 2008 Honors courses through Student Central at the same time you register for your other courses. As in previous semesters, you may enroll in no more than two Honors courses at that time. If you do register for more than two Honors courses during the priority period, the Honors Office will cancel ALL of your Honors course enrollments. Your assigned registration date and time, along with your registration PIN, should be available on Student Central at this time. Registration for Honors courses will be available through Student Central until 8:00 am, Monday, April 7. After that time, all registration and waitlisting must be done in person in the Honors Program office (225 Graham Memorial).
PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE THE UNIVERSITY CASHIER’S OFFICE REMOVE ANY FINANCIAL, PARKING, UTILITIES, ETC. “STOPS” ON YOUR REGISTRATION. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER IF THESE ARE NOT CLEARED. You may check to see if you have any stops that would prevent you from registering on Student Central. After you login to Student Central, the Records and Registration services screen will be displayed. Select the “Go” button to the left of “Stops” to see information on these.
IMPORTANT!: After Spring Break, we will send out an email that will include the list of Fall 2008 Honors courses, along with their section numbers and call numbers (course descriptions are already available online). You will need that list in order to register for the courses through Student Central. Only Honors students will have access to this information! These courses do not show up in the Course Search Engine or on the Directory of Classes, so it is important that you save this list and have it accessible when you plan to register.
