Campus Health Service Immunizations for Newly Admitted Students
A Message to International Students from Campus Health Services

The Campus Health Service would like to assist you in meeting vaccination requirements that are determined by North Carolina State Law and University policy.

All students fill out a medical health history form when they are enrolled at UNC-Chapel Hill . This form includes any immunizations that you have had in the past. These forms are screened by the Campus Health Service to verify that you have had all the necessary vaccinations.

You may need to have additional vaccinations in order to meet the requirements. If you have not met all requirements within the first thirty days of classes, you will not be allowed to attend your classes. You may have already received an email or letter telling you whether or not you need to get vaccinations. If you are not sure what your immunization status is, you can find out by calling 966-6620.

You can lessen the amount of time it takes to receive your immunizations by making an appointment with Campus Health Services. Campus Health Services will have your immunization information screened and ready for the nurse when you come in.

There is a charge for vaccines. You may ask for specific up to date prices for the vaccines you need when you call for an appointment. You may pay for vaccines with cash, credit cards, or charge it to your UNC One account.

Questions? Call Campus Health at 966.2281.
