Guide to electronic citations

This page has examples of some of the most common bibliographic citations for electronic sources you will need to use in JOMC 50 projects. Use this document as the style guide for electronic citations for all assignments in JOMC 50.

Unless otherwise noted, these citations are adapted from The Chicago Style Manual, 15th Edition.
For citations of non-electronic sources, please refer to Kate Turabian's A Manual for Writers of Term Papers, Theses, and Dissertations, available at Student Stores, Davis Library, and on reserve in the Park Library.
Note, Turabian Style is a derivative of the Chicago Style, thus the two styles are interchangeable.

*Important: the "Database URL" is the web address for the database through which you found the article. It is NOT the URL for the article itself, since this is usually a dynamic address and changes each time someone searches a database.
