Copyright issues on the Internet: Some Aspects
The Church of Scientology vs. Internet
The Church of Scientology has begun legal proceedings against several individuals for publishing the practices
and tenets of the church that are sometimes only revealed to "spiritually advanced parishoners."
Web Publishing - What is protected
What is
protected when you publish on the Web, what you can and cannot take from others for your Web page, and

Copyright Protection of Newsgroup Messages

(sending a message to other people) and Web pages (publishing a message for all netizens to see). This section

Policies and Legal Issues
The rapid growth of the Internet and
its increasing availability to the general public has necessitated (at least in the minds of some) the major
reworking of already existing communcations legislation and the addition of some new legislation.
Some issues:
- Internet overview and implied copyright licenses for hyperlinked material
- Copyright issues on the Internet raised in the "White Paper" and pending legislation
- Playboy's copyright and trademark disputes on the Internet
- Trademarks on the Internet: Who's in charge?
- International aspects of trademarks on the Internet
- IPLAC Domestic-Foreign Trademark Committee
